Pareto
Fundraising is looking for a new Chief Operating
Officer
Pareto Fundraising needs to fill some really great shoes. We’re
looking for a new Chief Operating Officer for our business in
Australia and New Zealand.
We’re special because we work with many of the world’s best and
best-run causes, growing and deepening their donor relationships so
that the charities raise much more money and their supporters get a
much richer experience, so give and engage more. It’s a virtuous
circle. We work with organisations you will know and a few you
won’t, including:
•
Cancer Council NSW;
•
The Lost Dogs’ Home Victoria;
•
The National Heart Foundation;
•
MSF, Amnesty International Australia, WWF, Australian Conservation
Foundation and about forty other charities have recently received a
boost to their income by working with us.
We give each our very best, only accepting startlingly good
results. We have thirty-six of the most talented, most committed
and hardest-working people you’ll find anywhere. They all get a
great kick out of getting great results for great causes, because
Pareto Fundraising’s mission is nothing less than to change the
world.
After three years our current boss is leaving for family
reasons. She regularly describes her job as ‘the best job in
fundraising’. This could be an understatement. As the Pareto family
of companies expands around the world, her successor will lead and
develop our core business, growing our skills, services and
achievements from great to even greater.
Is it the right job for
you?
You’ll be a self-starter looking for big challenges, able to
lead from the front and to inspire colleagues and clients alike.
You’ll be ready to move up and open to learning anew, working with
a small, talented and progressive board to achieve targets for our
company every bit as ambitious as those we encourage in our
clients. Board support will help you to deliver, as will that of
your senior management team, each with specific responsibilities
for client services, data, finance, production, marketing and
consulting. There’s travel, a superb work environment and we’ll
reward you well, materially and emotionally.
Are you just right for it?
You’ll have to convince us, but we’re very open-minded. Though
we expect a lot. We need a sharp figures person, brilliant at
business with a keen understanding of sales and marketing yet with
all the ‘people’ qualities in abundance.
Please apply right now, giving your application everything
you’ve got. After all, this may well be the best job you’ll find
anywhere.
