Pareto Fundraising’s business and marketing team are in charge of spreading word about who we are, what we have to offer and how we might be able to work together to change the world. We believe passionately in what we do, and these are the people who ensure that as many good charities benefit as possible.

Olivia Richards

Where does Olivia live? Sydney, Australia

What does she do? Head of Business and Marketing

Over the past 14 years Olivia has attained a wealth of marketing and communication experience both in the UK and Australia.  Before moving to Sydney two years ago, she headed up the national marketing and events program at the UK’s largest mental health charity, Mind.

Since her arrival in Australia, Olivia has been working as Fundraising Development Manager at Pareto Fundraising where Olivia has been responsible for developing and implementing cutting edge new fundraising products, such as the survey and online fundraising.

Over the past two years Olivia has worked with many charities of all shapes and sizes including the National Heart Foundation, Amnesty International, Lost Dogs’ Home, WWF and Children’s Cancer Research Institute - all who have successful fundraising and donor care programmes.

In June 07, Olivia’s role at Pareto Fundraising expanded to head up the New Business and Marketing department. Her new responsibilities include reaching out to brilliant charities throughout Australia and beyond, explaining what we do and making sure as many benefit from our skills and expertise as possible.


Rob Novotny

Where does Rob live? Sydney, Australia

What does he do? Business and Marketing Co-ordinator

Robbie joined us in July 2005 after working at Barnardos. After a spell as an Account Executive, Robbie became our Business and Marketing Co-ordinator in 2007 - taking charge of our extensive events programme in Australia and internationally and helping to spread the word about the Pareto Way throughout the world.

When not making life easier for others, Robbie loves going to the gym, keeping fit by running and walking 2 hours a day to and from work. He has an unnatural obsession with singing songs from latino pop artists and he loves his karaoke and taking his shirt off when singing!

Justine Mathieson

Where does Justine live? Sydney, Australia

What does she do? Group Personal Assistant

Justine joined us in March 2008 as Pareto Fundraising’s very first Group PA. We’re not the first charity orientated organisation she’s worked for, but it’s fair to say that most of her experience comes from the corporate sector.

We are just glad that she decided to come over to our side of the fence. And apparently, so is she. She tells us that she is really enjoying working with such caring and committed colleagues. She is happy to be part of a team that is helping to empower charities to do what they do best: make the world a better place.
