Meet our
Sydney Client Servicing Team
Pareto Fundraising’s client servicing team use their expertise,
training and talent to help our charity partners raise more funds
to make the world a better place. They are the engine that drives
our success, and the oil that keeps everything running
smoothly.
Meet our
Account Directors
Gethin
Fisher
Gethin joined Pareto Fundraising in July 2005, and quickly
become an indispensable part of the team. Officially, he is an
Account Director but his talents go well beyond what you might
normally associate with such a role.
A true all-round fundraiser, Gethin is able to turn his hand to
pretty much every aspect of putting together a successful
fundraising product. Indeed, one of the things that Gethin enjoys
the most about working at Pareto Fundraising is the fact that he is
given the opportunity to not only sculpt products and propositions,
but to unleash his creative talents on copy and design too.
Pretty much Gethin’s entire career to date has taken place in
the world of direct marketing. Over the years, he has produced
successful above, below and through the line campaigns that have
utilised every fundraising medium – including mail, phone, online
and press.
Gethin’s passion for fundraising sees him far too often working
into the night at Pareto Fundraising. But that doesn’t mean he
hasn’t got a life beyond our four walls. In his leisure time,
Gethin loves a game of Rugby and has been known to cook a mean
apple pie.
Gethin also enjoys singing. He is convinced that he has a great
voice, and that anyone who tells him otherwise is simply jealous
and trying to hold him back from a successful career.
Rachel
Potter
Rachel joined us in March 2008, fresh off the plane from the
famous English seaside resort of Brighton. The latest in a long
list of Brits to join the team, she brought with her the benefits
of five year’s hands-on experience working as an Account Director
with over 20 of the UK’s leading charities.
Rachel is a keen runner, and loves the sunny Sydney outdoor
lifestyle. However, it was the energy and passion of the Pareto
Fundraising team that convinced her to move half way around the
world. We are very glad that she did.
Meet our
Account Managers
Sharon
Tillman
Sharon joined us as an Account Manager in August, 2007 following
a two year period as a full-time mum and a three year stretch
soaking up as much food and culture as she could in Paris.
Her enviable fundraising and communications skills were
developed and nurtured in South Africa, where she first dipped her
toes in the world of Account Managing with a well known fundraising
consultancy.
Sharon was delighted to join forces with Pareto Fundraising,
both because of the wide range of causes represented by our
clients, and the shared commitment of our staff to making the world
a better place to live.
Vikram
Chowdhary
Vikram joined us in June, 2007 in order to take on the role of
Account Executive for Médecins Sans Frontières and Amnesty
International Australia.
His absolute passion in life is using his brain to help causes
he feels strongly about. This is exactly what he is doing, day in
and day out at Pareto Fundraising – single-mindedly applying
his skills, experience and talents to fundraising, so his clients
can work harder than ever to make the world a better place.
An avid traveller, Vikram journeyed through 23 countries in
Europe last year – an experience that he will be happy to tell you
about in proficient Japanese, which he picked up during yet another
one of his many extended overseas adventures.
Meet our
Account Executives
Shalani
Dennis
Shalani arrived to make life better at Pareto
Fundraising in September, 2007. Driven by a desire to do
something good for the world, he left behind a job as Marketing
Coordinator for SkyInc Group to join us as an Account
Executive.
Outside of work, Shalani’s passions include making and watching
films, strumming the guitar and playing football. An accomplished
singer, he once came third in a karaoke competition.
Leisl
Holterman
Leisl joined us to work as an Account Executive with the Heart
Foundation in October, 2007. A student of advertising and a
professional marketer with many years of experience, she wanted to
work with Pareto Fundraising because of a desire to encourage
people to be generous to causes that deserve support.
A skilled player and teacher of the flute, Leisl enjoys
swimming, speaking and socialising. Like her namesake in The Sound
of Music, Leisl was once 16 going on 17. She will not say how long
ago that was, however.
