Meet our
Melbourne Client Servicing Team
Pareto Fundraising’s client servicing team use their expertise,
training and talent to help our charity partners raise more funds
to make the world a better place. They are the engine that drives
our success, and the oil that keeps everything running
smoothly.
Meet our
Account Director
Rob
Daly
Rob joined the team in January 2008. Making the move to Pareto
Fundraising was a natural choice for him. From the day he left
school, he has devoted his entire working life to the not for
profit sector.
His passion and enthusiasm for making the world a better place
is exemplary. Starting out as a volunteer conservation officer in
the UK, he eventually went on to found a small NGO working in
western Uganda.
Rob has travelled the world in his quest to help those in need.
That he eventually chose to settle down in Melbourne and give his
time to Pareto Fundraising is something that we are very grateful
for.
Meet our
Account Managers
Naomi
Byers
Naomi joined us as an Account Executive in May 2005, and
his since been promoted to take on the role of Account Manager for
Scope in Melbourne.
Before joining us, Naomi had a spell working in the corporate
world developing loyalty schemes for a number of clients. The job
helped her develop important skills, but since coming over to the
charity side, she hasn’t looked back.
She says she loves working for Pareto Fundraising not just
because of our ethical focus, but because of the great environment
here – the people, the culture and the chance to learn from amazing
clients. In response, we say that the great environment she’s
talking about wouldn’t be half as great without her. So thanks
Naomi for helping to make this such a good company for you to work
for!
Janine
Ferrie
Janine is a highly accomplished fundraiser who joined us as an
Account Manager in January 2006. She has brought to the company
years of invaluable experience, much of which was gained
fundraising in the UK – helping to raise tons of cash for
good causes in one of the most competitive charity markets in
the world.
Janine enjoyed the three years she spent back in the motherland,
but is delighted to have returned to Oz and to be working for a
company that provides her with “the opportunity to work with a
range of amazing charities and help them to make a difference.”
And what a difference Janine has already made. Indeed, it is a
mark of how much we appreciate her wonderful work for Pareto
Fundraising that we are still prepared to go to the pub with her –
despite her frightening obsession with 80’s glam rock.
Nisha
Solanki
Nisha joined our Melbourne Office in September, 2007 in order to
take on Account Managing duties for the Lost Dogs’ Home.
Much of Nisha’s experience comes from the corporate sector,
where her clients included Ford in Melbourne and Microsoft in
Seattle. Although she found the work stimulating, she is thrilled
to now have a chance to apply her considerable talents to helping
make the world a better place.
Whenever she gets the opportunity, Nisha loves nothing more than
taking off and exploring the world’s most exotic places. She loves
the thrill of adventure, and is passionate about world cuisine.
Give her a plantain, and you’ll make her day.
