Meet our
Hong Kong Team
Pareto Fundraising's Hong Kong team use their expertise,
training and talent to help our charity partners in Asia raise more
funds to make the world a better place. They are the engine that
drives our success, and the oil that keeps everything running
smoothly.
James
Huitson
James joined in January 2008 to take on the challenging role of
heading up our recently established Hong Kong office. With a long
and proven track record of helping to raise enormous amounts of
money with leading UK charities, we are certainly happy to have him
on board.
James’ career highlights are many and varied. They include
spells with the British Red Cross and the UK-based mental health
charity Mind. Whilst Director of Fundraising at social care charity
Turning Point, he increased fundraising income ten-fold. He also
played a leading role in strategic and business planning, HR
strategy and rebranding.
In addition, James has worked as a consultant with Bill Bruty
Associates, where he worked on employee training and development
programmes, as well as advising Diabetes UK on the development of a
strategic approach to UK Government Funding.
Rodney
Heng
Rodney Heng joined our Hong Kong office in February 2008. He has
had a passion for helping charities change the world throughout his
working life, first as a Marketing Manager at the Hong Kong Cancer
Fund, and now with us.
Rodney believes that great fundraising is one of the best ways
to empower charities to change lives, and is delighted to have the
opportunity to bring the benefits of the Pareto way to some of Hong
Kong’s most brilliant charities.
Manfred
Chan
Manfred joined us a Senior Account Manager is October 2007,
bringing to Pareto Fundraising the benefits of more than a
decades worth of fundraising experience gained with Amnesty
International Hong Kong and UNICEF.
A native of Hong Kong, Manfred’s local expertise has proved
invaluable –ensuring that our Hong Kong clients benefit from the
same care and expertise that has helped our Australian charity
partners raise many millions of dollars for their
beneficiaries.
Manfred thoroughly enjoys being part of our Hong Kong team, and
loves the energy, integrity and the passion of his colleagues.
