Sara Mansfield
Head of New Business Development and Marketing
Sara is the Head of New Business Development and Marketing for Pareto Phone and has worked extensively in the direct marketing, fundraising and tele-marketing industries for over 20 years. Sara has held positions within a number of respected UK agencies, encompassing both client servicing and call centre management roles.
Her career has included working for more than 12 years directly in not-for-profits, including the NSPCC – the third largest charity in the UK where she was in charge of setting up and running a hugely successful telefundraising program.
With experience in both the agency and client side of the sector, Sara has sophisticated understanding of the many challenges charities face in today’s market-place and offers an in-depth knowledge of how the telephone can be used to help these charities reach their fundraising objectives.
Sara is passionate about contributing to the collective knowledge and expertise of the not-for-profit-sector, and has spoken at the FIA conference in Australia, in the UK and delivered a range of workshops and Masterclasses covering all aspects of fundraising.
